There was a case study of closed Deli that is all about a restaurant in which it is trendy that suddenly close, claiming that it was off for months. California has turned out to be hard for independent business. Some factors affect the business in which shown in the video. The first factor is the lack of marketing strategy.

Some other ways would be through social media, facebook paid campaign, and emailing marketing campaigns that would promote coupons and specials via email and control communication with his patrons.

Summing up everything, the case talks about a well-known restaurant that suddenly closed, causing a shock to its customers. It was then observed that the restaurant lacks many aspects of their marketing strategy, causing the downfall of the business primarily online.

Therefore, marketing efforts are pretty well with the internet. It was suggested to improve their information system and the relay of this information on the internet. However, California has become quite hostile to small business. Other service offers SEO/SEM services, social network marketing, and web development. There are also lots of room for improvements.
