Fortunately, I caught it both times before any money was lost. That wake-up call showed me just how vulnerable seniors are online. That’s why I’m creating Prime CyberSafe™ for Seniors (PCSS).
PCSS is built on two pillars:

What is Prime CyberSafe™ for Seniors (PCSS)?
PCSS is a monthly, managed cybersecurity service designed specifically for seniors and their families. It combines behind-the-scenes technology (real-time AV, automated patching, malware scans, and cleanups) with plain-English training, tutorials, and a “call-before-you-click” support hotline.
Who is PCSS best suited for?
PCSS is ideal for any senior or elderly adult who uses a Windows PC or Mac—and for their adult children or caregivers who want peace of mind that parents are protected online without having to become tech experts themselves.
Do I need to install anything for the beta?
No. During the beta phase, we’re focusing solely on our Training & Education materials. You’ll review tutorials, videos, and checklists—nothing will be installed on your computer.
How long does the beta last, and what’s required?
The private beta runs approximately 4–6 weeks. Your role is to review each educational module, test navigation, and provide candid feedback on clarity, tone, and usability. There’s no cost and no long-term commitment—you can opt out at any time.
What happens when the beta ends?
After beta, you’ll have the option to subscribe to one of our full PCSS plans (Essentials, Companion, or Concierge) at your exclusive early-bird rate. All beta feedback will be incorporated before public launch.
How much does PCSS cost after launch?
While beta participation is free, our planned retail pricing is:
Essentials: $29/month
Companion: $59/month
Concierge: $99/month

What personal data do you collect, and is it shared?
We only collect your name and email (and any optional info you provide).
All contact information remains strictly within PrimeConcepts—we never share, sell, or redistribute your data to third parties.
How do I sign up or learn more?
