Doing the podcast with my friend Dale Perryman. We are going to talk about the issues which we face from mainstream news media. We will also be talking about how we get different news and what are the other sources in which we can get our news.
I was able to watch news online, and it was a live one, streaming over Youtube as well as Twitter. I was able to catch the action of what happened on that day, how that particular accident happen. However, by the times I watched the same news that was covered by CNN, the whole story was changed.
There are some details on what I had witnessed the report did not include that. This has been the issue of the mainstream media. There is news which is not covered by the way they are. Some would be reported, but the narrative of how it was supposed to be was changed. When I watched the live action of what happened, it appeared to be different from how it was when covered by news stations.
Some stations want to do this because they are selecting how they deliver their news to their viewers. They sometimes would want to give information that may validate the type of audience they have. That is why most channels have very different kinds of things on how they deliver their news.
Summarize:
It just depends on how different channels would deliver the news they have. Even if they are giving the same news, but different on how they narrate it. The most valid reason would be because it depends on the kind of people who are watching them. Because more people would care about how they are going to be validated than just getting something from the news.
